Additional Notes

  • Drinks are not included with the dinner.
  • After the concert, taxis will be available right outside the Orangery in Schoenbrunn Palace. In addition, the subway runs in 5 to 8-minute intervals until midnight.
  • Shoenbrunn Palace Operating Hours The palace is open daily. April to June - From 08:30 to 17:30 (Last admission is at 16:30) July and August - From 08:30 to 18:30 (Last admission 17:30) September and October - From 08:30 to 17:30 (Last admission is at 16:30) November to March - From 08:30 to 17:00 (Last admission is at 16:00) During the winter, it is recommended that individual guests start the palace tour at 16:00 at the latest. During the summer, the recommended time is 17:00.
  • Photography or video recording is not permitted during the concert.

Requirement(s) - other

  • Please exchange your VELTRA voucher at the office located at the Orangery in Schoenbrunn Palace within the following hours: 8:00 - 18:30. Note: The office is open until the concert start time - 20:30. (In case you cannot make it on time for the start of dinner, you can still get your tickets until the office opening time.)
  • Please start the palace tour no later than 1 hour before closing time.
  • All guests must check in their coats or jackets in the cloakroom according to Viennese event law.
